10 reasons to fund UCA
1. Our mission is public art and art education. 2. Over 30% of our budget is dedicated to art education. In 2016 we delivered art programs to 53 elementary classrooms in Kings County (over 1500 children). 3. UCA supports creative growth, quality of life, environmental understanding, and physical activity for both residents and visitors. 4. In 2016, 10,000 UCA Guidebooks were distributed throughout the Province. 5. In our 10th year with strong brand recognition, UCA has become a cultural institution. 6. UCA is at the forefront of developing public art policies in Kings County. 7. Uncommon Common Art has been talked about on over 70 websites in over 10 countries. 8. Last year our website received over 20,000 page views. 9. Uncommon Common Art is completely free to the public. 10. UCA works to support artists in Nova Scotia.
