Through its programming, UCA is creating new thinkers and makers – fostering creative thinking and eliciting emotional responses through site based participation and reflection. Using photographic examples, discussion will address how the program components: free and publicly accessible locations with responsive artwork, brings people to discover and consider new ecologies.
